- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. ketchup
- 3 to 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. salt
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- pepper to taste
- chopped onion (if desired)

1Mix together.

2Wet hands for easier handling to form balls. Fry, then make a brown pan gravy to pour over meatballs in jar to cold pack 2 hours or 1 hour and 25 minutes in pressure canner at 10 pounds pressure.
