  • 1 gal. sliced okra
  • 6 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Put in kettle; cover with water.

    Cook for about 15 minutes. Put in jars and seal.

    When ready to eat, drain and rinse, drain, roll in meal and fry.
