  • 2 qt. double cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Potatoes, diced

Directions

    Place cream into a pan and heat to a boil.

    Add the pototatoes, thyme, rosemary and garlic.

    Heat until potatoes are cooked and cream is reduced.

    Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
