  • 10 lb. peaches
  • water
  • sugar
  • Sure-Jell

Directions

    Wash and peel peaches.

    Pack into quart jars.

    Add sugar and very little water.

    Cook on low heat; let come to boil.

    Boil on low for 1 1/2 hours, then bring to a hard boil.

    Add box of Sure-Jell; cook until syrup thickens.
