- 2 qt. water
- 1 c. carrots, chopped
- 2 c. butter beans
- 1 peck tomatoes (2 gal. peeled and cut up)
- 6 chopped onions (1 qt.)
- 2 pods chopped hot pepper (remove seeds)
- 4 pods chopped sweet pepper (remove seeds)
- 16 ears corn (3 pt.)
- 7 cubed potatoes (1 1/2 qt.)
- 1 qt. cut okra
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. plain salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large container, put over heat and bring to a boil.

2Lower heat to medium and continue to boil for 30 minutes.

3Stir to prevent sticking.
