  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. anise or almond extract
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 (12 oz.) Entenmann's pound cake
  • 1 (16 oz.) can prepared chocolate frosting
  • 1 container chocolate Cool Whip

Directions

    Combine cream cheese, Ricotta cheese, sugar, milk, vanilla and almond.

    Mix at medium speed until well blended.

    Stir in chocolate pieces.

    Split cake lengthwise into 4 layers.

    Spread three layers with cream cheese mixture; stack layers.

    Top with remaining layer and frost.
