  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 container (8 ounces) chilled mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Amaretto
  • 4 cups assorted fruit
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry jam melted and cooled
