  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. fresh cantaloupe, diced
  • 1 c. fresh apples, diced
  • 1 c. white raisins
  • Frosting

Directions

    Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat until smooth.

    Add flour, cinnamon and baking soda; mix until smooth.

    Fold in fruits. Spread mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes.

    Lower the temperature to 325° and bake for 10 minutes more.

    Cool and frost.
