- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. fresh cantaloupe, diced
- 1 c. fresh apples, diced
- 1 c. white raisins
- Frosting
Directions

1Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat until smooth.

2Add flour, cinnamon and baking soda; mix until smooth.

3Fold in fruits. Spread mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes.

5Lower the temperature to 325° and bake for 10 minutes more.

6Cool and frost.
