Name: Canyon casserole
Ingredients: 1 lb hamburger meat; 1 envelope Taco seasoning; 1 envelope beefy oinion; 1 can whole kernel corn drained; 1 can diced tomatoes; 1 egg; 1/2 cup water; 1/2 cup milk; 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 cup shredded cheese; 1 cup corn meal

1 envelope Taco seasoning

1 can whole kernel corn drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup corn meal

Pretty heat oven to 400

Brown meat and drain

Add taco seasoning, beefy onion corn and diced tomatoes and any other seasonings you like...I added garlic salt,lemon pepper and chili powder

Mix it all up and bring to a boil stirring occasionally

Pour into casserole dish

Beat egg,add milk,corn meal mix cheese and oil til well blended

Pour over meat mixture

Cook for 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown
