Cape Cod Cranberry Salad

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained) or 1 small can Mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. Port wine (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Combine gelatin and boiling water.

    Stir until dissolved. Blend in cranberry sauce, pineapple (or Mandarin oranges, cut up), nuts and wine.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish; refrigerate until set.
