  • 12 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 14 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking cocoa
  • 14 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 13 cup nonfat yogurt, coffee flavored
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 cup light whipped topping

Directions

    In a small saucepan pour in milk and sprinkle gelatin over; let stand 1 minute Heat over low heat stirring until gelatin is completly dissolved.

    Add coco and coffee, stir until dissolved.

    Transfer to a small mixing bowl and refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.

    Beat until lightly and fluffy.

    Combine yogurt and sugar; beat into gelatin mixture.

    Fold in whipped topping.
