  • 12 ounces, weight Mozzarella Fresca Cilenge (mozzarella Balls)
  • 12 whole Cherry Or Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 12 whole Bamboo Skewers

Directions

    On each bamboo skewer, stack a basil leaf, followed by a mozzarella ball, and finally a tomato.

    Place skewers in a vase and place the vase on a decorative plate.

    Around the base of the vase drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

    Guests dip their caprese skewer in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and enjoy!
