Ingredients

  • 1 pound Mild Italian Sausage
  • 1 pound Ground Sirloin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregeno
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 6 slices Fresh Mozzarella
  • 6 whole Hamburger Buns
  • 6 slices Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Basil, Leaves Only

Directions

    Combine all patty ingredients by hand, just until blended.

    Form into 6 patties and, using your thumb, make an indentation in center of patty so that they dont plump up during grilling.

    When grill is preheated, grill for 6 minutes per side, adding sliced mozzarella during last 3 minutes of grilling.

    Place burgers on buns, top with fresh tomato and basil.
