- 1 medium onion
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 capsicums, cubed
- 2 cardamom
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 4 -5 cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 teaspoon turmeric
- 14 teaspoon garam masala
- 4 cashews
- 1 teaspoon fennel
- 12 teaspoon popy seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 12 cup water
Directions

1first grind togeather cashews, fennel, popy seeds and keep aside.

2take a pan.

3add oil.

4tamper with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves.

5add onion, cook till golden.

6add ginger-garlic paste, add all masala powders.

7now add capsicum.

8saute 2 minutes.add tomato puree and cook till oil appears.

9now add salt, ground paste.

10saute 1 minute.add little water and cook till oil appears.serve with rice and rotis.
