  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces, fluid Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
  • 12 pieces Ritz Crackers, Crushed
  • 8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cups Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions and place in a greased quiche pan.

    Top with crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Top with bacon and Boucan Glaze.

    Return to the oven for a few more minutes.

    Serve with Ritz crackers.
