  • 1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 12 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • parsley

Directions

    Bake potatoes until done.

    Cut in half lengthwise.

    Scoop potato out of skin.

    Mash potato with margarine, sour cream and milk.

    Stir in crab meat.

    Put mixture back into skins.

    Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.

    Broil until browned.
