- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 24 oz. V-8 vegetable juice
- 1 pkg. mixed, frozen vegetables
Directions

1Cook onions in small amount of oil until wilted; add meat and cook until pink is gone.

2Add soups and V-8 juice.

3When mixture strikes a boil, add frozen vegetables.

4Let simmer until green beans are tender when sampled.
