  • 3 medium baking apples, washed, pared and cored
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. caramel sauce (from jar)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. canned, toasted slivered almonds

    Prepare pie crust as directed on box.

    Roll 1/8-inch thick. With pastry wheel, cut out 3 (7-inch) squares, 6 strips (6-inches long and 3/4-inch wide) and 3 (1-inch) circles, rolling dough if needed.
