- 2 cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 10 To 12 Popsicle Sticks Or Skewers
- 10 To 12 Medium Tart Apples
- Decorative Sprinkles, If Desired

2In a large heavy saucepan, melt butter; add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt.

3Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil, about 10-12 minutes.

4Stir in sweetened condensed milk.

5Cook and stir until candy thermometer reads 248 degrees F. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
