- 1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 6 c. sugar
- 3 c. nuts (pecans, Brazil nuts and almonds)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Put sugar, cream and syrup in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until mixture forms soft ball in cold water.

2Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts.

3Beat until stiff and pour in buttered platter.
