- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. Karo syrup
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. pecans, broken
Directions

1Measure sugar into a heavy 2-quart saucepan.

2Remove 2 tablespoons of the sugar and melt until amber in a small saucepan. Combine the milk and Karo with the 2 cups sugar.

3Heat on medium. Add melted sugar.

4Cook on medium heat until soft stage.

5Remove from heat.

6Add butter.

7Cool slightly.

8Beat on high speed until it holds its shape.

9Add pecans.

10Drop by spoonfuls on foil.
