  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. salad oil

  • 8 c. sliced apples
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
