- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 34 cup margarine
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 50 caramels, unwrapped
- 5 tablespoons cream
Directions

1Mix all crust ingredients together and spread 1/2 in bottom of 9 by 13 pan.

2Bake 350 for 10 minutes.

3Melt caramels with cream and pour over baked crust.

4Sprinkle 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips over caramel.

5Crumble remaining crust mixture over all and bake 10-15 minutes.

6Do not over bake!
