- 2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 20 c. popped corn
Directions

1In a large pan, boil together the first 4 ingredients.

2Remove from heat.

3Add the baking soda; stir well (it foams up a lot). Pour over the popped corn in a large roasting pan.

4Bake at 250° for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.

5Remove and stir while cooling. Store in an airtight container.
