  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 1/2 to 4 qt. popped corn
  • 2 c. pecans

Directions

    Mix together margarine, brown sugar and Karo syrup.

    Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir well.

    Pour over popcorn and pecans.

    Mix well until evenly coated.

    Place on large baking sheet and bake 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.
