- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 6 qt. popped popcorn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Stir in sugar, syrup and salt.

3Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

4Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in baking soda and vanilla.

7Gradually pour over popcorn; mix well.

8Spread into large shallow baking pans or cookie sheets.

9Bake in oven at 250° for 1 hour.
