Ingredients

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 8 qt. popped corn

Directions

    Boil sugars, margarine and salt for 5 minutes.

    Remove and add 1/2 teaspoon soda.

    Pour over the popped corn into a large roaster.

    Bake slowly at 220° for 1 1/2 hours, stirring often so it will dry.
