- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 14 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 frozen deep dish pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Drain spinach and spread in UNBAKED pie crust.

3Sprinkle cheese over spinach.

4In bowl, combine cream, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic.

5Use mixer on high speed until frothy.

6Pour egg mixture into pie crust.
