  • 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 6 to 7 qt. popped corn

    bring to a boil.

    (until thread forms when dropped from spoon).
