- 8 qt. popped corn (light salt)
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- dash of salt
- pinch of cream of tartar
Directions

1Mix sugar, syrup and oleo.

2Boil 5 minutes, no longer.

3Remove from heat.

4Add soda, cream of tartar and salt.

5Pour over corn and mix quickly.

6Bake, uncovered, at 200° for 1 hour.

7If using butter, bake at 150°.
