- 5 to 6 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. peanuts
Directions

1In saucepan, boil brown sugar, butter and corn syrup for 5 minutes.

2Remove from heat; add vanilla, salt and baking soda; blend.

3Pour over popcorn and mix well.

4Add peanuts and mix again.

5Place in large pan and bake 40 minutes in 250° oven.

6Stir about every 10 minutes.

7Place on wax paper or large cookie sheet and allow to cool.

8Store in airtight container.
