- 6 quarts popped popcorn
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.

2In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Remove from the heat.

5Stir in vanilla and baking soda; mix well.

6Pour over popcorn and stir until well coated.

7Pour into two greased 13x9x2 inch baking pans.

8Bake, uncovered, at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

9Cool completely.

10Store in airtight containers or plastic bags.
