- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except soda and boil 4 minutes.

2Remove from stove and stir in soda.

3Stir and quickly pour over 6 quarts of popped corn.

4Mix well and pour out on cookie sheet.

5Put in preheated 250° oven and cook 1 hour.

6Stir 3 or 4 times while baking.
