  • 28 c. popcorn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Boil brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes.

    Add soda.

    Pour over popcorn.

    Bake on greased cookie sheets 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Remove from oven.

    Continue stirring every 15 minutes until cool.
