- 5 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Pop 5-quarts of popcorn.

2Place one layer on baking sheets and set aside.

3In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup.

4Boil 5 minutes; remove from heat.

5Add baking soda, vanilla and salt; stir thoroughly.

6Mixture will foam up.

7Pour over popped corn; mix well.

8Place baking sheets in 250° oven for 40 minutes.

9Stir every 15 minutes.
