  • 2 gal. popped corn
  • 2 c. raw peanuts
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. white Karo
  • 1 1/4 sticks butter

Directions

    Place popped corn and peanuts in large roaster.

    Mix sugar, Karo and butter.

    When mixture starts to boil, boil for 5 minutes. Stir while boiling.

    Pour syrup mixture over popcorn and peanuts. Bake in a 250° oven for 1 hour.

    Mix often (about every 15 or 20 minutes).

    When cool, store in tight container.
