Ingredients

  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 gal. popped popcorn
  • nuts (if desired)

Directions

    Boil butter and sugar 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda and mix well.

    Pour all this over popped popcorn.

    Add nuts, if desired.

    Put in cake pan in 250° oven for one hour; stir every 15 minutes.
