  • 7 c. popped corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Cook syrup, sugar and salt over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add baking soda, butter and vanilla.

    Pour over popped corn; stir until all corn is well coated.

    Preheat oven to 250° and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
