  • 6 qt. popped corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 sticks oleo

Directions

    Put all ingredients, except corn and soda in saucepan and boil for 5 minutes or less.

    Remove from heat, add soda and beat.

    Mix cooked syrup mixture with corn, tossing to coat.

    Spread corn in large roasting pan and bake in 200° oven for 1 hour.

    Stir every 15 minutes.

    You may add nuts, if you like.
