  • 6 to 8 qt. popcorn
  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. brown sugar
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • pinch of cream of tartar

Directions

    Boil the sugar, margarine and corn syrup for 5 minutes.

    Add cream of tartar.

    Pour over popcorn.

    Place on baking sheet; bake at 225° for an hour.
