- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (6 oz.) bag peanuts
- 6 qt. hulless popcorn (also called puff corn)
Directions

1Melt butter; stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt.

2Bring to a boil.

3Stir constantly and boil for 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda and vanilla.

5Gradually pour over popcorn and nuts and mix well.

6Turn into 2 large shallow pans.

7Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

8Remove from oven; cool. Break apart and store in airtight container.
