- 8 c. popped corn
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put popcorn in baking pan.

2Remove any unpopped kernels. Measure brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt into a 1 1/2-quart saucepan.

3Put pan on burner on medium heat.

4Stir until melted and continue cooking until mixture starts boiling.

5Cook for 5 minutes.

6Remove from heat.

7Stir in baking soda and vanilla.

8Pour mixture over popcorn and coat all kernels.
