- 3 c. sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 stick butter
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. each flavoring: vanilla, lemon, orange, pineapple, coconut, butter and rum
Directions

1Sift flour and baking powder together.

2Cream butter and margarine with sugar.

3Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well with mixer.

4Add flour and milk alternately and beat well after adding each ingredient.

5Fold in flavorings with spoon; do not beat. Grease and flour tube pan.

6Pour in pan and place in 350° oven. Do not preheat oven.

7Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

8Do not open oven before 1 hour has passed.

9Test cake with toothpick.

10If toothpick comes out clean, cake is done.
