  • 6 quarts popcorn
  • 1 cup salted nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup

Directions

    Combine sugar, salt, butter and syrup in large pan

    Boil 5 minutes

    Remove from heat and stir in soda

    Pour hot over popcorn and nuts

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes

    Work with hands until cool or it will harden together
