- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 2 cups sugar
Directions

1Heat a nonstick pan on medium/high and to stir all ingredients together (continuously).

2Once the ingredients have mixed and it is beginning to boil, boil for 5 minutes.

3During the five minutes, get a 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda ready to put into your mixed caramel.

4Once the five minutes is up, quickly remove the pan from heat, add both teaspoons of baking powder and soda, stir until mixed.

5Finally pour onto your popcorn and stir your popcorn and caramel (it helps to have some help for this step!)

6Last step Heat your oven for 130C/220F and put the popcorn pan in for 1 hour. Every 20 minutes take it out and stir. Last time stir and you will have caramel popcorn.
