- 2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions

1Pop the corn; put in roaster and keep in oven on warm.

2Boil the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, salt, cream of tartar and peanuts for 5 minutes.

3Add the soda; stir and put on corn.

4Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring often.
