- 16 c. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 pkg. (stick) oleo
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, oleo and cream of tartar. Dissolve over low heat, then boil 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and add baking soda.

2Stir well and pour over corn.

3Mix well.

4Bake at 250° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

5Pour onto countertop or cookie sheet.

6Let cool.

7Store in airtight container.
