- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen raspberries, thawed
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- heavy cream
Directions

1Place raspberries and strawberries into a blender and whirl until smooth.

2Pour mixture into a large saucepan.

3Mix sugar and cornstarch and stir into fruit puree.

4Stir over low heat until fruit bubbles and thickens.

5Cool and then chill.

6Serve very cold in small bowls topped with drizzles of heavy cream.
