Caramel Corn Puffs

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Karo syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 large pkg. hulless Mike Sell's popcorn puffs

Directions

    Mix butter, sugar and syrup.

    Heat in a saucepan.

    Bring to a slow boil. Stir constantly (approximately 5 minutes).

    Remove from heat. Add 1/4 teaspoon soda; stir.

    Place popcorn on a large cookie sheet or baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour syrup mixture over the popcorn.

    Bake 1 hour at 250°.

    Stir every 15 minutes.
