  • 1 cup butter
  • 6 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 6 tablespoons coconut
  • 1 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup

    Combine caster sugar and 180 grams of butter.

    Then add Flour and Coconut.

    Preheat over to 180 degres celsius. (350 farenheit)

    Grease regular sized muffin tray.

    Push the mixture into the muffin slots to be a base (so the bottom and sides are covered)

    Bake for 10m. While thats happenng...

    Mix the Sweetned Condensed Milk, Goldne Syrup and remaning 40 grams of butter together.

    When the base is done take it out and set the oven to 160 then pur mix into tray.

    Bake for 8 minutes.

    You can also melt some dark chocolate and drizzle it over the cups. I don't know how much you would need for this but not a lot.
