- 1 cup butter
- 6 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 6 tablespoons coconut
- 1 1/4 cups condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
Directions

1Combine caster sugar and 180 grams of butter.

2Then add Flour and Coconut.

3Preheat over to 180 degres celsius. (350 farenheit)

4Grease regular sized muffin tray.

5Push the mixture into the muffin slots to be a base (so the bottom and sides are covered)

6Bake for 10m. While thats happenng...

7Mix the Sweetned Condensed Milk, Goldne Syrup and remaning 40 grams of butter together.

8When the base is done take it out and set the oven to 160 then pur mix into tray.

9Bake for 8 minutes.

10You can also melt some dark chocolate and drizzle it over the cups. I don't know how much you would need for this but not a lot.
